Luidji embodies the story of a man who struggles, but eventually rises to the surface. His first album, “Tristesse Business Saison 1”, marks the end of a tumultuous and bumpy artistic journey. Composed of 17 dense pieces, this album captures the tormented spirit of this artist from the southwest of Paris, who also lived in Aubervilliers and La Courneuve in his youth.
Before arriving there there, Luidji traveled a path strewn with pitfalls. His name began to become known in the mid-2010s, particularly within the La Capsule collective where artists like Dinos & Beeby performed. He also distinguished himself with Rap Contenders, before signing with Wagram straight out of college and releasing two EPs: "Station 1999" (2014) and "Mécanique des Fluides" (2015).
After this period, four years of silence in terms of new projects followed, marked by artistic struggles and relational torments. But this wavering phase was ultimately the catalyst for the rest of his career. With his team, he launched the evolving playlist and founded his label, now signed with Universal.
