About event
Who writes history? Winners or paranoia? Columnist Michaela Krčmová and writer Michael Žantovský will discuss the new Czech edition of his book Paranoia (published by PROSTOR) with the Italian psychoanalyst Luigi Zoja.
Luigi Zoja depicts paranoia as an individual disorder that inevitably becomes collective. It claims to be the aggressive and destructive potential hidden within each of us. The author explains this mental disorder through a historical perspective and combines it with an analysis that moves from the realm of human psychopathology to the realm of the effects it produces.
Interpretation into Czech provided.
The evening is organized in cooperation with the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague.
