Listening is perhaps one of the most powerful things you can do.
Are you listening?
On January 14 we will organize the 4th edition of Listening conversations Haarlem.
A luister conversation< /strong>is a meeting outside your own bubble. You share an experience and listen to the experiences of others with a different background, opinion or belief than you. The result is surprising. Without exception, the participants are struck by the valuable experience this provides.
How does it work?
- It conversation lasts 1 hour.
- 4-5 people per conversation.
- Based on a question, everyone shares one experience, without interruption. Then you discuss together what is relevant.
- It is a conversation, not a discussion, with room for differences.
