About event
What did the latest AC75 class boats and the 37th edition of the America's Cup bring? Where have these technologies moved in the 173-year history of the America's Cup? And how can competitors, designers, but also judges and spectators benefit from this?
In 1851, the first world exhibition Expo was held in London. The five founding members of the NYYC (New York Yacht Club) decided to take this opportunity to create a vessel that would be "capable of showcasing the great skill and innovation of American shipbuilding." They had a ship built that bore the name America. They sailed across the Atlantic and took part in the race around the Isle of Wight.
Thus began the history of the world's oldest sporting trophy, which is still contested. To this day, sailing skills are not the only deciding factor in the race. An integral part of the America's Cup are innovations and technologies that influence the development of the entire shipping industry, but not only in it.

WHO IS LUKÁŠ NEUMANN
Holder of dozens of medals from the Championship of the Republic in yachting in many different boat classes, disciplines and categories. He has completed an Olympic campaign and is also the holder of several medals from the European and World Championships. He has been involved in yachting since he was very young, when his only motivation was pure joy. He is now the creator of the TST Sailing SystemTM, which proves that knowledge of theory is often more important to results than miles sailed.
His results to date: 32 titles of the Republic Champion in yachting, 62 medals from the Republic Championship - 18 different boat classes and categories
