What we are going to do
A moment of peace, in the Serene Amstelpark in the middle of Groen. Together we meditate, and drink a cup of tea together afterwards.
Every month you are welcome for a meditation in our atmospheric blossom room and enjoy a cup of special Chinese tea from our own tea house in the community lounge, and in good weather in our garden!

Practical
Time layout:
The tea house is open throughout the entire time period.
You are welcome to walk indoors throughout the morning
Meditations take place at 14:00 and 15:30 Wear comfortable clothing and possibly. Warm socks.
Yoga mats, meditatie cushions and blankets are present in the studio.
Contribution

For a relaxed start as a whole group, we open doors 15 minutes before the start
Keep in mind 5-10 minutes extra walk from the red bridge or main entrance.
The meditation garden is located in the middle of the park, surrounded by beautiful, nourishing nature. It is the building between the Rietveld House and the Glass House and the best to reach via the entrance with the red bridge.

Bicycles must be parked outside the park.
Good to know: you risk a fine if you are still in the park with your bike on hand)
