About event
Workshop from the Cycle Warm Circle: Bike of the Year
In September, something inconsistent but fundamentally changes - air, sounds, smell, sun and wound. Summer running slows down, severely carefree, cold noon heat.
Autumn is about exhalation and relaxation. The time of the last harvest. Time to slow down and organize, organize and feel, distinguish and consciously create the right healthy supports as we approach the autumn darkness. Time of descent into the depths of soul and choice - what I take with me, and what no longer serves or serves well, but we have grown out of it.
It is a creative time of caring and supporting ways of cooperation with yourself that will deliver creative potential and at the same time deepens the connection with deep natural spirituality and the beauty of solitude.
