About event
Firm, that (noun, neuter): The Duden has a narrow 21 synonyms, Merriam Webster has at least almost 60 related terms. A look into the cinematic space, on the other hand, offers an inexhaustible reservoir of images and sounds of celebration. From the boozy to the tragic, festivities on screen serve dramaturgical tensions and social dynamics, depict social or political conditions, take a variety of formal paths and sometimes show the shadowy underside of high spirits. Only the latter prevails in September and October in Nuremberg, where the local film house is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Reason enough to try a breviary of film festivals with a Magical History Tour. It starts with big parties, wild banquets, small gatherings.
