I will guide you through the path of manifestation and then transformational Breathwork meditation accompanied by healing tools. You will connect with your inner self and your essence. The cocoa ceremony will amplify the power of the breath and open your heart and you can enter the field of miracles!
Through the breath, a subtle yet very powerful technique of the conscious breathing, you will enter a state of expanded consciousness. These states of consciousness resemble deep meditation and allow us to see the world, the Universe, and ourselves in deeper contexts. They allow us to look at life differently.

Breathwork meditations are a way to yourself, to the interior of your soul and to your heart. Cocoa rituals and ceremonies have existed in society for thousands of years. They come from the Mayan and Aztec traditions of Central and South America, where they are used for spiritual, healing and ceremonial purposes for inner awakening and creative guidance.
In a cacao ceremony, we drink cacao to reconnect with our inner the essence that leads us forward in life. The spirit of cocoa helps us connect with ourselves, get to know ourselves more, break down negative blocks, open our hearts, find peace in our souls and clear our minds.
✨HIGH VIBRATION MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS
Sound harmonizing was already known in ancient civilizations to increase one's own energy, reach higher spheres of consciousness and spiritual knowledge.
< br/>While listening to healing musical instruments, healing of the body at the cellular level, deep meditation, and transformational processes occur. In the levels of inner peace where the tools take us, they help to unblock and clear the conscious and subconscious blocks that are stored within us and that affect our behavior and life situations.

Ester Kozlovská
Founder of the Breathwork meditation project, certified facilitator, breathwork lecturer and international director at the Breathing school Space.
In 2019, she founded the Breathwork meditation project and passionately shares how to do magic with her own breath. Her home has been the British Isles for a few years, but she regularly returns to the Czech Republic with Breathwork meditations. She works as a lecturer at the international school Breathing Space, where she received her own certification. In the Czech Republic, there is only one Breathwork facilitator training. He considers it his mission to teach breathwork.
