Hello friends, we cordially invite you to an unforgettable experience in the form of a gong bath.
In the JóMa center 22.12. at 18:00 the gongs of Rasť Hustý will sound and with it our whole interior.
The sound of the gongs creates a river of sounds that leads the listener into a meditative state. Our whole being resonates with the sounds of the gongs, the sound of the gong penetrates every cell, it helps turn off the head. The gong creates a vibrational effect that stirs the water in our bodies and cells, thus harmonizing us, we relax more easily, we get rid of stress and tension, we have time only for ourselves, it works at the cellular level and, regardless of the intention, it works where it is necessary, so self-healing can begin. The sound of the Gong in a person sets harmony - harmony - concord...
Gong meditation lasts about an hour, it takes place lying down, with closed eyes, something soft under you, under your head and possibly something to cover your eyes. Do not eat a lot before the act and do not drink alcohol.
When the gongs are finished, the participants remain in silence for a few minutes, the time needed to return to the waking state, to reality.
After completing the gong experience, it is important to drink water to support the process of cleansing the body and removing toxins.

Who is Rasťo Hustý?
A beautiful person who was hit by a gong 5 years ago! Not suddenly, gradually... but strongly. He did not know if the calling of the sounds of the cosmic giants was not just the vibration of the all-pervading string of Interest. I'm interested in something new... But it looks promising, the enthusiasm still lasts, even today he sounds the gongs in different places, on different occasions, to help fulfill the credo of his gong master Brijo: "Gong to every village!"... because there, where the gongs sound, there is (paradoxically) peace, harmony...
The vibrations of the gongs resonated with him so much that today he is an enthusiastic gong player who likes to combine different frequencies, not excluding healing Solffeggio, in order to make other people's moments more pleasant with gong meditation, ... so that they resonate with others, so that they get lost in time and space... And that's what he enjoys.
