It is a connection between the transformational embodiment workshop and the atmosphere of the women's circle.
What can you look forward to?
✨ Ritual of letting go: You leave everything you no longer need to she could step out lighter and freer.
✨ Activation of intention: You anchor your visions and goals somatically in your body and tune in to the energy of the year 2025.
✨Guided meditation INTUITIVE FLOW: You will connect with your intuition and the deep wisdom of the body. Everything you become aware of at the workshop, you will immediately anchor in your body.
✨Energy of the female circle: a safe time-space where you are fully accepted, seen and heard in your authenticity
✨Journaling, visualizations and other techniques, which will help you gain new insights and tune in to the energy of the new year - according to your ideas

We will use the NEW energy for an even better activation of the intention.
The workshop will last approx. 2.5-3 hours.

What you will need:
🔸Undisturbed space and time for yourself
🔸Notebook and pen
🔸A mat or something you can comfortably move/lie on
🔸larger candle
🔸eye scarf (optional)
