We invite all fans of secondhand fashion to the May Stock Market at Drieňová 16, which will traditionally take place on the second Saturday of the month on May 9, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
It will be the last Burzoblšák in the 2025/2026 season. Subsequently, the next September Burzoblšák will be held after the summer break on 12/09/2026, which will open the new season 2026/2027 :)
At Burzoblšák you will find not only clothes but also handmade products, records, books, paintings, antiques and others. Sweet and salty snacks, excellent lemonades, syrups, jams, the best coffee and much more will await you in the refreshment area.
You will be able to sit in the relaxation zone and, traditionally, your children will be entertained by animators during creative workshops and face painting.
The program for children is provided with the financial support of the Ružinov District.

▪️ WHAT IS BURZOBLŠÁK
Burzoblšák is a community event whose goal is the recycling and reuse of old and unused clothing. We are concerned with creating a tradition of a city market with a program, supporting emerging handmade producers, meeting and actively using the free time of local residents in Ružinov. Sellers can donate clothes and other things to children's homes, homeless people, women in need or dog shelters in Bratislava, to which they will be taken after Burzoblšák has been slaughtered. Burzoblšák also supports projects aimed at supporting and helping people in need in Bratislava, as well as animal shelters.

📌 RULES AND CONDITIONS OF BURZOBLŠÁK
1. The organizer is not responsible for the quality of goods and services provided on Burzoblšák, nor does it give any guarantees for goods and services.
2. The goods for sale must be clean and harmless.
3. The following may not be sold on Burzoblšák:
a) weapons and ammunition,
b) explosives and pyrotechnic products,
c) press and other things that threaten morals,
d) tobacco and tobacco products,
e) spirits, distillates and consumer packaged alcoholic beverages
f) genetically modified foods,
g) poisons, narcotics and psychotropics substances,
h) medicines,
j) protected animal species and dangerous animals,
k) protected plants,
l) live animals
4. The organizer is not responsible for sellers who will sell food products.
5. By signing the contract, the seller confirms that he has the necessary permits to sell food products.
6. The selling entity that sells food, vegetables and fruit must have a health certificate
7. The seller:
a) is responsible for the safety and quality of the food sold,
b) is obliged to ensure the hygiene of the sale according to a special regulation, in particular to carry out continuous cleaning, cleaning of all equipment used in the sale, disinfection, and, if necessary, to carry out disinsection and extermination according to generally binding legal regulations,
c) is obliged to ensure the marking, separate placement and sale of food for a purpose other than its original purpose and to clearly mark such sale,
d) is obliged to wrap unpackaged food, if required by its nature, in functionally suitable and harmless packaging material and to use clean aids and tools when handling them,
e) must not change, remove or cover up the data indicated by the operator of the food business on the consumer packaging,
f) is obliged to ensure hygienic sales unpackaged bakery products by means of technical means and technical equipment,
g) may not jointly sell incompatible types of products mutually affecting the safety and quality of food,
h) may not sell food after the expiration date and the date of minimum durability,
i) is obliged to place foods intended for special nutritional purposes and new foods and genetically modified foods on the market only packaged,
j) is obliged to appropriately shorten the date of minimum durability due to the nature of the food, or the use-by date of the food packaging, if it has been unpacked for the purpose of selling individual parts, and to establish the conditions for their further preservation so that the quality and safety of the food does not deteriorate,
k) is obliged to ensure that a document on the origin of the goods is available when selling and transporting food,
l) is obliged to ensure that when the food is offered for sale and sold, the stated nutritional claim and the stated nutritional value are placed on a notice board in a visible place near the displayed food, if it is not already indicated on the packaging by the operator of the food business,
m) is obliged to store food and raw materials at the temperatures declared by the operator of the food business,
n) is obliged to label sliced food or food sold by weight with information on its composition and expiry date on a notice board in a visible place near the displayed food; this obligation does not apply to packaged foods in production, fresh fruits and vegetables,
o) may not sell them in places where their sale is prohibited according to a special regulation,p) is obliged to place foods whose shelf life is more than 4 days and the time remaining until their use-by date is less than 24 hours, separately and/or to mark such products with information for the consumer about the approaching end of the use-by date,
q) is obliged to consumption by people or dangerous and objects intended to come into contact with food, which endanger the health safety of food, must be destroyed in the facility according to a special regulation at own expense.
8. Food products must be properly hygienically packed and clean.
9. Each seller is assigned one place designated by the organizer of the event, which he is obliged to respect.
10. The seller is obliged to respect the rules and conditions Burzoblšák.
11. By submitting the registration form, the seller agrees to receive Burzoblšák newsletters to your respective e-mail addresses. Personal data and e-mails will not be provided to third parties.
12.The organizer is not responsible for any losses or thefts on Burzoblšák.
13.The organizer is not responsible for losses on the sellers' profit.
14.The seller grants the organizer permission to make visual, audio and audio-visual recordings of the seller, his sales place, services and goods. The seller also gives consent to the use of these records for the media and promotion of Burzoblšák by the organizers.
15. The sellers are responsible for damages caused to the rented accessories (table, supporting table legs, chairs, banner). Sellers are obliged to return the rented accessories to the condition in which they rented them. In case of damage, sellers are obliged to pay the organizer €15.00 for the damaged table or €10.00 for the banner as compensation for the damage. The organizer can unilaterally use the financial compensation for damage to cover the costs of repair or purchase of new accessories.
16. In the event of non-participation of the seller, the organizer reserves the right to use the paid contribution for the selling point for the development of the event without the possibility of returning the contribution to the seller.
17. The organizers of Burzoblšák are not responsible for vehicle owners who violate traffic regulations and signs.
18. The organizers of Burzoblšák are not responsible for the vendors' tents and tables during the event. The seller is obliged to have the table and/or tent secure and firmly attached and anchored so as not to endanger the health, safety and property of all participants of the Burzoblšák event. In case of damage to property or personal injury, the seller and thus the owner and/or lessor of the stand and/or table bear full material responsibility.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the school premises. Please use the area outside the school premises for smoking.
2. Dogs are prohibited due to internal school rules and Slovak law.
