Course description:
This macramé course with mineral stones is designed for people who are interested in the weaving technique, combining the creativity of macramé with energy and the beauty of minerals. During the course we will explore how to use different types of knots to create unique pieces such as necklaces, bracelets and amulets inlaid with semi-precious stones, respecting the shapes and properties of each mineral.
Aim:
Aim of the course is to provide participants with the necessary skills to design and produce handmade pieces using macramé techniques. Upon completion, students will be able to create their own jewelry and accessories, they will understand how to harmoniously integrate mineral stones into their creations.
Course content:
1. Introduction to Macramé:
History and development of this craft technique.
Basic materials and tools: thread, scissors, work mats, among others.

2. Types of mineral stones:
Identification and properties of the most commonly used stones in jewelry.
How to choose stones according to their shape, color and meaning.
3. Basic knotting techniques:
Simple knot, flat knot and scallop knot.
Initial procedures to master each technique.
4. Stone installation:
Methods of holding stones in macrame.
Wrapping techniques to secure stones of different shapes and sizes.
5. Design and composition:
How to design balanced and harmonious patterns.
Combination of colors and textures.
6. Final project:
Making a complete piece (necklace, bracelet or amulet) applying everything learned.
Checking and correcting projects with personalized support.

The course has a total duration of 5 hours
the price is 80 euros
Included materials:
All materials needed for the course will be available, including threads, mineral stones of various types, needles, scissors and work stands.
