I invite you, dear woman, to a space created specifically to share the topics of childbirth, early motherhood, breastfeeding, new dynamics in the family and how you feel about it all...
🌺At the same time, you will learn to massage your baby :)
🌺Touch is a wonderful form of communication, our little ones need it all the more, because it is through attention, tenderness, love and contact that they receive a signal that they are well taken care of and that they can relax and feel safe and satisfied.
🌺How does baby massage help?
- deepens the bond between parents and children
- babies sleep more peacefully, better immunity
-relieves stress and tension
-helps remove postpartum trauma
-positively affects physical and psychological development
-helps develop motor skills, improves blood circulation, breathing
-increases confidence
-helps to calm colic, teething
🌺The group is created for children from 2 to 10 months
