About event
Hello all active mothers,
every Tuesday and Thursday from 8.10. until about the end of March 2025 (we'll see depending on the weather) we have lessons for moms in the presence of children.
And then we will move outside again ❤
Lessons will be on Tuesdays under the guidance of Zuz, who you know from stays, exercises at Bzzukot or Antrhopos and Thursdays under the baton of Majda, who you may know from TRX lessons or healthy backs at Gym&Joy.
We will warm up, stretch and strengthen ourselves - legs, arms, middle of the body, simply go through the whole body. Each training session will be a little different - we have TRX, Flowina, cylinders, overballs and lots of other tools to connect.
Don't forget sports clothes and a desire to exercise, we'll lend you the rest :) Drinks and snacks for the child. We have toys there and they usually get busy with the tools we use. Of course, they can also train with us:)
Come among us fit moms, we will gladly accept you among us. The lesson lasts 60 min. The lesson takes place with a minimum number of 3 mothers.
The indoor lesson costs CZK 150, the option of a season ticket for 10 entries = CZK 1400.
With the Mamagym outdoor season ticket - additional charge of CZK 50.

PS2: The space is not yet adapted for dozens of strollers, so please, if you have the option to come with a baby carrier or an egg from the car, please choose that. Otherwise we won't go there. Thank you for your understanding
