Hi, all active mothers,
every Tuesday and Thursday 10 - 11 until you go out (about the end of March 2025) for you, we have lessons for moms in the presence of children.
And then we move out again ❤ do not worry again, there we like it anyway :)
Tuesdays led by Zuz, which you know from stays, exercises on Bzzzzukot or anthropos and quarters under the baton of Majda, which you can know from TRX lessons or healthy back in Gym & Joy.
But it may happen on Tuesday with Majda and on Thursday with Zuz, just as I can :) Every training will be a little different - we have TRX, flowina, cylinders, overballs and many other aids. We have toys there and usually entertain with the aids we use. Of course they can practice with us :)
Starting between us fitmams, we will be happy to accept you among us. The lesson lasts 60 min. The lesson takes place at a minimum of 3 mothers.
You often ask how old you can arrive. It's not all about the age of the child as mainly about you. Listen to your body and give it time. Certainly we recommend that you go to physio, if everything is. Otherwise we will look forward to it.
Indoor lesson costs 150 CZK, the possibility of passing 10 inputs = 1400 CZK.
with Mamagym Outdoor Permanent - Surcharge 50 CZK.
We will be happy to issue an invoice for exercises that you can use with your insurance company as an exercise allowance ..
With an egg from the car, please choose it. Otherwise we don't move there. Thank you for your understanding.
