The course of the management minimum for the beginning leading leaders is intended for all who take responsibility for the team and want to learn how to lead people efficiently, human and with certainty. As part of a two -day training, participants will gain practical skills and tools for their daily managerial practice. In the way
They get specific tools and simple procedures that can be used immediately:
- how to consult to be effective
- how to set expectations and evaluate the results
- how to manage excuses, conflicts or misunderstanding
