An evening accompanied by a drum, rattles, gognas and bowls, which will accompany mantras and healing songs in gentleness and at the same time in the rhythm of dynamics.
An interactive form of group meditation combined with music and singing.
Mantras are texts composed of a few words, the strong positive vibration of which can be felt not only on the body.
They are used as a tool that calms the mind, improves the mood and brings an overall feeling of inner peace and balance.
At the meeting we will sing mantras and Indian, African, Indian, Slovak songs...
You can also come if you just want to listen to the mantras or accompany us on some musical instrument, or to absorb positive energy. energy, relax and socialize with like-minded people.
