The European manufacturing industry is facing growing challenges such as technological changes, stricter sustainability requirements and increasing global competition. For companies, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the ability to innovate is crucial to ensure their competitiveness and promote sustainable business models. By collaborating with startups, research organisations, universities, students and other industry players, companies can implement innovative technologies and business models and strengthen their position on the market. Collaborations also enable access to resources and knowledge and thus promote accelerated innovation development.
The Manufacturing Day 2025 focuses on how partnerships across the ecosystem fuel technological advancements, accelerate growth, and create new market opportunities.
