In this workshop we will look at how philosophy is a natural part of our spiritual journey - not as a theory, but as a living tool for everyday life.
Together we will discover how a proper understanding of philosophy helps us:

- better understand our own emotions and mind
- develop consciousness and inner stability

How to live a spiritual life in the midst of daily duties, work and relationships? How to maintain peace, devotion and a clear mind even in today's fast pace?
