How often do you not say something, on the belief that it may hurt the other person? Or keep thoughts to yourself for fear of others not liking you if you said it out loud? Constantly listen and react with 'what the right thing to say is'? Silence a feeling to leave space for your partner, children, parent, friend to choose?

Empathic individuals may use a 'thermometer' in their interactions with the ones they love. However, if you recognise it as a regular pattern of people pleasing, it may be stopping you from fulfilling your own needs.

Allow yourself to self-enquire in a safe circle. Let your feelings out, in words or silence. Herbal infusion will be bubbling to quench your soul.

Café Consciente is a circle for sharing and co-creating energy, where each person holds space to listen compassionately. Therefore, we invite participants to **bring their cups - and a snack if they wish** \- to help create an environment for sharing\.

We have **limited seating** to ensure everyone is seen and heard, even if they participate in silence. **A minimum of 5 participants is required for the event to take place.**

**About the facilitators:**
[Cristian ](https://www.instagram.com/cuerpouniverso/)and Nadia combine their different paths to create a middle ground for exploring our psyche and well-being. Their broad experience in body-somatic work, cultural diversity and inclusion, meditation, and other traditional and holistic tools guide us in self-observation and comprehension of our body-mind-soul experience.
