About event
Time, closeness, trust and open conversation - the key to promoting mental health. In recent years, the conversation about mental health has begun to open. We are thinking about prevention and wellbeing, we are talking about burnout in adults and an increase in psychological problems in children. All this due to crisis, but also social development.
Why is it important to talk about mental health and how to do it to provide support to our loved ones? What does the young generation's mental health really look like? Research shows that timely help, which is close to, can play a crucial role in the quality of life of a person who is struggling with mental difficulties. 78 % of children would like to find help with parents or other close adults in the case of mental difficulties. How to respond and how to lead a sensitive support interview? Where to turn when we fumble or get scared?
