We will especially for ourselves, spontaneously and intuitively on the musical wave for 90 minutes.
💃 We are moving on what we are experiencing and feeling at the moment at the moment.
🕺 We scatter the move of movements, experiment, move freely in any rhythm.
💃z Silence and peace will gradually dance to the top with the support of music and then step by step into peace again.
For healthy adults, for anyone who wants to move! Restricted motor skills do not mind. There is no need for dance experience. If you have not been full or doubt if this lesson is for you, do not hesitate to speak and ask
If you have any health restrictions, something hurts or worries- let us know before the lesson!

🦶The barefoot or in non -slip socks or soft dance shoes with light soles. Rather, layers that can be undressed or dressed as needed.
We usually start on the ground - there is a good idea to have more layers. As the musical wave rises, we heat the body. We finish calmly on the ground (in the hall is available on mats). We are sensitive to ourselves and our body and respect other dancers. We dance without the effect of alcohol and drugs. 🙏
