About event
It holds us in a tight grip and life slips through our fingers. Fear has many forms and sometimes we don't even realize that it moves us like a puppeteer. But what to do when fear plays too big a role in our lives? Why are we easily frightened by the imaginations of our minds? Why are we most afraid of things that most of the time won't even happen? How to understand your own fears so that you can overcome them? How to deal with decision-making problems and how to handle accepting new challenges? How to work with fear of disappointment and how to learn to trust others? Can fear eventually take over our entire being? Many of us struggle with various forms of fear and anxiety, often on multiple fronts. So where does our fear come from and how can we deal with it? The well-known neurologist Martin Jan Stránský will provide the answers, who will tell us what happens to our body when fear takes over our behavior. Come shine a light on the dark corners of your inner self and find out how to make fear your ally! 😱🫣🧠🪤⛓️💥
