We invite you to the presentation of the poetic collection of Martin Vlad Four rooms, which was published as a side dish magazine Vertigo, Wednesday 18.6. From 18:00 to Artfora to the main ul. In the texts drawing on private introspection and from the intimization of public space, he puts the reader in a voyeur role, but without cheap self -relocation. Poems reveal exactly enough to preserve the immediacy of the situation and the confidentiality between the author and the readers.
In Vertigo 1/2025, attention is focused on new Slovak poetry (D. Podracká, M. Nedášíková) and especially on the creation of short poems and paradoxical aphorisms (J. Briškár, P. Dančanin). The translation literature is represented in the magazine by the work of the Spanish classic A. Machad (J. Zambor) or the current Austrian poet G. Jaschke (M. Hatal). The analysis and work of G. K. Chesterton and the genre of Slam Poetry, which approaches L. Šafranová in the study and T. Sperling with her straw texts and interviews, is given more space.
