MARTIN ZÁHUMENSKÝ WILL BE A GUEST AT THE ALCRON RESTAURANT
Martin worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants and worked in Great Britain for more than 13 years. In Tuscany, Italy, he created his own project called Pappa Mia, focused on experiential tastings and cooperation with local winemakers and farms. He was also one of the mentors of Alcron's current chef, Richard Bielik.
The menu that Martin will prepare for Alcron will be a showcase of his signature dishes. Guests who have not yet encountered his work will thus be able to easily form an idea of his cooking style, which has been constantly evolving over the course of twenty years of practice. "Alcron is an icon for me. When I hear his name, I immediately think of his history and golden age tradition. I am very happy that this era of Alcron is deservedly returning and this unforgettable place is getting back into the limelight," concludes Martin.
