About event
Martina Trchová: 90% happiness
For four years, singer, composer, lyricist and guitarist Martina Trchová prepared the material for her fourth album in a row, which she named after the verse of one of the songs, 90% happiness. In the texts, she captures the feelings associated with double motherhood, but also notices the details of everyday city life.
She prepared the recording in collaboration with producer and musician Martin Kyšperský (Květy), who invited, for example, jazz drummer Martin Novák, cellist Alžběta Rolečková or trumpeter Christoffer Strandh. This resulted in eleven colorful songs, in which Martina Trcová once again presents herself not only as a great singer of calm strength and tenderness, but also as an author with a feeling for timeless melodies.
Martin Novák, multi-instrumentalist Bharata Rajnošek or Martina's long-time companion singer-songwriter Lucie Krpalová (Prune).
The special guest of the concert will be Dorota Barová.
