Baby massages
Circle of massages for babies and toddlers
Massage is a joyful contact between the baby and the mother/father. It gently activates and relaxes the muscles, supports the symmetry of the body, you can massage stiff areas and help a sore tummy. In 3 lessons, we will gradually learn how to massage the baby's entire body, we will talk about the basics of psychomotor development and appropriate handling of the baby.
- cloth square diaper
- natural oil for the skin
The whole morning is dedicated to meeting parents with babies.
It is possible to come between 9 and 10 a.m., the massage course itself will take place between 10 and 11 a.m. Before the course, you can play in our little game room or have a quiet drink of tea or coffee. There is no need to rush anywhere after the lesson. The game room is open for you until 12 o'clock.
About the instructor
My name is Míša Rychtecká, I have 3 children and I have been a baby swimming instructor for 12 years, where after a 30-minute lesson I accompany the parents to the sauna and then to massages. I completed massage and aromatherapy courses with Jana Hašplová. I also offer craniosacral therapy for children and adults.
The price of 1 lesson is 250 CZK for members of RC Matát, the price is 300 CZK for others.
Dates of individual lessons:
3.10.
31.10.
12.12.
Lessons are connected only indirectly. Therefore, it is not a problem to attend only some dates.
Come and enjoy each other's closeness :)
