About event
KIRA Academy brings another free workshop – this time about how a mastermind group works and what value it can bring to its members. The workshop is intended for entrepreneurs and executives who want to systematically develop their leadership skills through sharing experiences, mutual support and facilitated learning.
The best leaders do not grow alone. They grow in a community of people who understand their challenges.
At the workshop, you will practically experience:
• what a mastermind group is and how it works,
• how facilitated sharing of experience between leaders takes place,
• how group intelligence can help in solving real managerial challenges,
• what value regular meetings with an equal community of leaders bring.
The workshop is also a taster of the upcoming mastermind program focused on leadership development, thanks to which the participants will be able to better imagine its course, dynamics and benefits.
The workshop is intended for:
• entrepreneurs and business owners,
• managers and executives,
• leaders who lead a team of at least 10 people
• professionals bearing strategic or decision-making responsibilities,
• people who want to grow as leaders and learn at the same time from the experiences of others.
The ideal participant:
• solves complex leadership challenges
• does not want to be left alone to make decisions
• looks for a safe space for open sharing
• wants to develop leadership practically, not theoretically
