Join me for a fascinating visit to NÚDZ – the National Institute of Mental Health, a leading research and clinical center in the Czech Republic, located close to Prague, in Klecany. This institution conducts cutting-edge studies in neuroscience, psychiatry, and mental health treatment. Our guided visit will provide insights into their latest research, innovative therapies, and the impact of mental health science on society. After the excursion we´ll walk following a natural trail towards Vltava River, passing interesting water lock and weir, till we get to the ferryboat and the to Roztoky with the nice castle and beautiful park, café. In Roztoky we will catch the train to Prague (goes quite often). All the walking will be about 7 km.
