peace between floors
(hyperfolk trap)
Abounding in experimental micro dubstep trap beats and folklore samples, the duo "mezi patry klid" is a relatively new acquisition on the Czech music scene, last year it won an award for the song Lojza Kotřábek, as part of an open call Bastl Electronic Track at Vinyl prices. He complements his music with abstract images of texts, declared by field recording, reflecting his personal life and the places where his work is created. This spring, they released their debut eponymous record between the floors of silence, in which they transform everyday life into colorful and layered compositions and stories with a sound-making approach.
