We’ll meet directly at the Neue Nationalgalerie to explore *Max Ernst to Dorothea Tanning: Networks of Surrealism* – one of this season’s most fascinating exhibitions. Together, we’ll discover how masterpieces by Carrington, Dalí, Ernst, Magritte, Miró, Tanning and others moved across borders, escaping war and shaping a global art movement.
After the visit, we’ll sit down nearby for a casual coffee or drink – a chance to share impressions and continue the conversation.

### 🖼️ About the Exhibition

*Networks of Surrealism* traces the extraordinary journeys of Surrealist artworks during the 1930s–1940s — from Parisian studios to exile in Mexico and the US — and uncovers the personal, political, and poetic networks that helped these artists survive and thrive.
Based on the renowned Pietzsch Collection, the show brings together works by Max Ernst, Dorothea Tanning, Leonora Carrington, Salvador Dalí, Leonor Fini, René Magritte, Joan Miró, and others. A special highlight is the research on each artwork’s provenance — revealing stories of escape, friendships, and cultural exchange.
This exhibition marks 100 years since the *First Surrealist Manifesto* and offers rare insight into one of the most revolutionary art movements of the 20th century.

✨ **The visit is curated and guided by Yuliya,** founder of the Berlin Ladies’ Art & Culture Club — a growing community of 2,000+ women passionate about art, culture, and meaningful connection.
With a background spanning hospitality, real estate, and creative studies, Yuliya has lived in Ukraine, France, China, and Berlin. She has deepened her art knowledge through studies at the Louvre School (Paris), University of the Arts London, and UdK Berlin, alongside curatorial work at the Venice Biennale.
She now curates experiences that bring culture to life — connecting people through art, conversation, and curiosity.
