“In A Landscape,” Richter’s ninth studio album, will be released on Friday, September 6th released on Decca Records. With this link you can pre-order the album and listen to the first track “Movement, Before All Flowers”. The new album represents a significant step in Richter's musical development: the composer delves deeper into the themes of optimism and human emotion while at the same time exploring electronic sounds and nature recordings in an innovative way. This recording is about the reconciliation of opposites, the fusion of electronic and acoustic spheres, human and natural worlds, the big questions and quiet joys of life - a fleeting self-portrait of a restless musician.
