Maxïmo Park in Paradiso

Maxïmo Park was founded in Newcastle in 2000 and quickly made a name for himself with sharp, energetic songs full of postpunk influences and catchy hooks. Their debut 'A Certain Trigger' meant the breakthrough in the Indies Scene, with well -known songs such as 'Apply Some Pressure' and 'Graffiti'. Also on later records, themes such as city life, relationships and personal reflection were reflected. With that, the band further built on their recognizable sound with clear Britpop influences. In 2025 it will be twenty years since 'A Certain Trigger' appeared. That jubilee celebrates the band in the large hall of Paradiso, with songs from their debut and highlights from their further repertoire.
