________

✨ MC Gey

Human with a very strange name, and more with more strange lyrics that defies all ideas of how a rapper should behave, look and speak. Jakub Rafael aka MC Gey is the original. This year, he received the Anděl music award for his current album, O tatínek, szálnev. Personal lyrics about fatherhood, family and rap roots were underlined by the surprising sound of analog and digital synthesizers. The December show at the Akropolis Palace will be especially special in that Gey will be joined on stage by a special live band full of synths and other instruments. Everything will be good and everything will be bad.
________

✨ Idea

Founder of the Ty Nikdy label and an unmissable personality of Czech rap. Already at the beginning of the millennium, Josef Změlík aka Idea collaborated with people like Indy & Wich to soon present the IdeaFatte project with DJ Fatt. With his label, he won Anděl for the joint album Akta X, and he won critical acclaim, for example, with his solo album Tempo, on which he gave space to innovative producers such as FVLCRVM. Five days before Christmas, Idea presents itself with its current DJ set, which combines rap with experimental electronics, grime and other musical corners. Turn up the volume, so you can hear it from the apartment!
_______

The dramaturgy of the series 𝗣𝗨𝗟𝗭 in the Akropolis Palace is the music columnist and presenter of Radio 1 Vojtěch Tkáč. The evening will take place in cooperation with the Akropolis Underground space, where the afterparty will take place.
