There are two types of energy in each of us -
we can call them the male and female principles.
They are not in conflict.
We are just used to separating them.
We move between them,
sometimes unconsciously choosing one side
and leaving the other in the background.
But what if there is no need to choose?
If we give them space,
they can meet naturally.
Unification of polarities is not a thought
but an experience.
A quiet moment
when opposites stop being excluded
and start complementing each other.
A few simple experiential techniques
