Either way, we would like to invite you to the Meditation on Death. our deceased, sometimes it hurts a lot and sometimes a smile comes to our face when we remember everything we experienced together.
Let yourself be invited to examine your own mortality this year.
What can it be good for?
To life.
How?
Awareness of one's own death can certainly be very painful, but at the same time it can also help to take life in one's hands and live finally the way we want him. At the touch of death, the important things can suddenly begin to be easily distinguished from the unimportant.
"Although the physical act of death destroys us, the thought of death can save us."
Let yourself be guided a meditation that touches on our own death in a safe environment and with therapeutic support.
Who will guide you through it?
Bára Racková
is dedicated to existential psychotherapy , crisis intervention, has a private therapeutic practice
leads groups and lectures seminars under the Institute of Existential Hagiotherapy
works as a therapist for bereaved adults and children in the Vigvam Counseling Center
in the distant past, she also became a survivor, so she doesn't just deal with existential topics theoretically, but feels them firsthand
Fearing death is normal! So don't worry and come. Together we will do well.
Note. With your safety in mind, I would like to point out that this seminar is not intended for survivors within 2 years of the death, for people who have been diagnosed with a serious physical or psychiatric diagnosis in the acute phase. If any of these areas apply to you, please do not register for this seminar, however, it is possible to arrange an individual consultation. -8 p.m.
