if you are serious about meditation and plan to continue, or you feel that you are stuck in meditation, come and listen to inspiration from hannes huber about developing love for lifelong meditation practice (stages of meditation practice)

the practice of meditation is a lifelong journey for many people. just as, for example, a partner relationship goes through different phases, we also go through different phases in meditation practice (enthusiasm, sobriety, surrender and others). it is useful to know and understand these phases, to gain an expanded view of what is happening to us and what awaits us, when to use help and when to go it alone. hannes will introduce us to a western perspective on the stages of development of meditation practice originating from the east.

HANNES HUBER
