We invite you to Trnava to joint meditation meetings of the informal group, whose common goal is spiritual growth cultivated medit. Dharma techniques.
Each meeting contains 3 seated meditations. We will focus on the qualities of mind mindfulness (mindfulness), loving kindness (mettá) and 6 chakra meditation of lights (mantra energizing meditation) each in the duration of about 10min. Then there is room for sharing and discussion.
We will meet next on Wednesday 12.3. from 18:00. to 19:00. in the meditation center on Štefánikova Street in Trnava. Meetings are also intended for complete beginners in meditation. The recommended contribution for management of meditation is 5, EUR resp. as far as possible. If you are interested in more info, please contact us here on the FB page as soon as possible.
