🌞 Meditación al Amanecer

Hi Sangha!

I have decided to open this small space in front of the sea, on Fridays at 6am, to sit down to meditate, breathe and simply be together

I would be very excited to accompany me, it can be a nice ritual to share throughout the summer 🌞

Without fixed form, just arrive, sit together, in silence and simply share the beginning of the day💖
