💫🌈Meditación por la paz - Actividad gratuita 🙏🌸

Hello! 🌸

Every Thursday we get together in the center of Berlin 97 to ** meditate and sing together for peace in the world **.

It is a simple and special encounter: we follow a beautiful (in Spanish) text that collects traditional Buddhist meditations, with the purpose of ** generate peace in the world starting with our own inner peace ** 🧘‍♀️💛.

You do not need previous experience, just want to relax, open your heart and share good vibes. During the session we will explain how the practice works, we will make a small guided meditation and then we will join our desire to establish peace.

Our teacher, the venerable Gueshe Kelsang Gyatso, summarized it:
👉 "If we all pray sincerely to learn to estimate others, we will gradually love each other. Then peace and pure and lasting happiness will reign forever throughout the world."

Come, try the experience and tell us how you feel later 💫.

They are all welcome! 🌍💖
