About event
The exhibition of a pair of authors - Eva Jesus' Lovikova and Marek Antonia - is conceived in two galleries of the Small Carpathian Educational Center in Modra. Each has its own space in which he presents his unique manuscript. These are two views of the world, two different art approaches, each of the authors working differently. Eva Ježišková love and Marek Antoniac invite us to their "rooms" in which their stories take place between the walls. It remains formally faithful to the topic of women - besides dolls, they are small women, naked women, big women ... All they are Evine women, captured in paintings with a freezing psychological overlap. For example, he notices the handle on the door or chair and places them directly in the golden section of his paintings. The reduced palette of his work underlines his hobby in the analogue view of the world.
The exhibition in Modra has the ambition to become special. Both artists decided to experiment with each other and exceptionally for this opportunity to link their painting approaches.
Exhibition curator: Mgr. Zora Varcholová
