Joint exhibition of two authors, two approaches, one space
Two photographers – Marián Valovič and Rudolf Baranovič – come up with a project
in which two author personalities and two different approaches to photography meet.
The exhibition "Between light and people",
in which artistic perspective, pedagogical experience, reportage sensitivity and human sincerity intermingle.
The joint exhibition is a continuation of their September author projects -
Valovič's exhibition Parallels in Blue and Baranovič's exhibition Journeys between people
in the Central European House of Photography.
Their reunion is not only formal, but creative - they are looking for a place where light and man meet they become equal partners.

Marián Valovič – touches of light and creativity
Marián Valovič is a photographer, educator and mentor of young talents
who has long been dedicated to developing creativity within the civic association Atelier Fantázie.
His work is based on a harmonious dialogue between technical mastery and creative freedom.
In his photographs feel a feeling for color, rhythm and composition, but also the quiet poetry of everyday life.
Valovič brings to the exhibition a light that clarifies, not blinds –
it is a light that invites reflection and a sense of harmony.

Rudolf Baranovič – stories between people
Rudolf Baranovič is a reportage and documentary photographer from Bratislava,
who in his focuses his work on black and white street photography.
In his paintings, he captures the presence - silent gestures, glances,
moments that combine into stories full of emotion and authenticity.
His exhibition Journeys between people showed that photography can also be an inner statement -
a conversation without words, where silence and light have the same weight as themselves people.

Invitation and space for new meetings
The exhibition "Between light and people" was created not only as an artistic dialogue
but also as an invitation - for the viewer to find his own view of the image, of man, of light. with an emphasis on atmosphere and space.
We believe that with the exhibition we are giving this place a new face and a chance to become a
living, community and partially artistic space,
in which further meetings of people with light and photography will take place.
