About event
Melodic Rock Night: MOONPARK + CAUGHT IN ACTION (SWE)
An evening for all fans of melodic rock and AOR.
MOONPARK is a band from Olomouc that brings melodic rock with a big sound, expressive melodies and energy that works just as strongly on recordings as it does live. In 2024, she released her debut album Good Spirit, on which the American producer Derek Saxenmeyer and the London studio Fluid Mastering, known for working with bands such as Deep Purple or Judas Priest, collaborated. Thanks to great reviews from the Czech Republic and abroad, Moonpark appeared on the pages of magazines such as Classic Rock, Spark or English Powerplay. The band is part of the international distribution of Pride & Joy Music, has distribution in the Japanese market as well and has performed concerts in the Czech Republic and abroad, including performances in Bedford, England and concerts alongside names such as Richie Kotzen or Leon Hendrix.
CAUGHT IN ACTION (SWE) is a Swedish band firmly rooted in melodic rock and AOR, which continues the classic tradition of the genre and transforms it into a contemporary form. Their work is based on catchy melodies, expressive choruses, keyboard surfaces and vocal harmonies typical of the golden era of the eighties. The band is composed of experienced musicians from the Swedish scene and has two albums Devil's Tango and Out Of The Cold. Caught in Action is one of the sought-after names of the European melodic scene and regularly appears at the world's melodic festivals, where they win the audience with their strong sound, experienced delivery and authentic atmosphere that combines the classic AOR feeling with today's energy.
Look forward to an evening full of strong melodies, honest rock sound and a great atmosphere.
