Memória de Peixe
“Good Morning” is the first sample of Memória de Peixe's long-awaited third album scheduled for release in early 2025 under the Omnichord Records label. Mixing elements of indie, rock, jazz and hip-hop – always enriched by generous moments of improvisation – Memória de Peixe once again explores the limits of contemporary alternative music. The new album inaugurates the group's power-trio phase, composed of Miguel Nicolau (guitars, electronics, vocals), Filipe Louro (bass, electronics, vocals) and Pedro Melo Alves (drums, electronics, vocals).
< br/>Memória de Peixe is an instrumental band formed in 2011 and known for their innovative approach to alternative music. He rose to prominence with his self-titled debut album in 2012, followed by “Himiko Cloud” in 2016. Both were praised by critics for their creativity and the way they explore different sonic boundaries. Before returning to the editions with “III”, Memória de Peixe presents the new songs in full and first hand in December on a small club tour.

🌊 sereia- ghost ~ cyber aquatic 🤖 give birth to mountains; post-Atlantean evocation, samples of weird stories, wreckage of a sunken video game
I'm the one who talks about real things and goes with a fork to that opaque cartilage in the center
translucent
this globe, this constellation
I who love my friends and go with my heart
my stomach
in the eyes of a fish
