About event
We cordially invite you to a concert dedicated to our friends, which takes place on Monday, May 25 from 7:30 p.m. in the church of St. Martin in the Wall in Prague 1.
Messe des morts (H.7), a requiem, by the French Baroque composer Marc-Antoine Charpentier for choir, soloists and basso continuo will be performed. For Local Vocal, this is the first visit to Baroque France and it will be treated as it should be - you will hear French ornamentation and a special pronunciation of Latin that was common in the Louis XIV era. Klimenta in Levé Hradec in Roztoky.
The chamber choir Local Vocal performs under the direction of Martin Šmíd.
