Ingrowing band was founded in July 1995 after the disintegration of Plastic Grave band in the train lineup (Bass, Vocals), Pouzar (Guitar), Zbyna (Guitar), Milan (Guitar) with the intention of producing grindcore in Terrorizer, Brutal Truth, Brutal Truth, Brutal, Brutal, Brutal, Brutal, Brutal, Brutal, Brutal, Brutal, Brutal, Brutal. Napa repulsion, etc. After the release of several demos and splittings, the band and play of a number of concerts released at the end of 1998 debut full album "CyberSpace", followed in 2001 by the two "Suicide Binary Reflections", after which the band will take the first European tour together with Exhumed (USA) and Isacaarum Cze Cze CZE CZE ). In 2003, the third album "Sunrape" and another European tour, this time in the company of other Americans Phobia, came. In February 2005, the band will look for the first time outside the European continent and set out on the Moon Tour after Southeast Asia, where it will gradually play concerts in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indoesia. The year 2006 brings the fourth (and the last) ordinary album "Cloned & Enforced" and two tour: after Europe together (again) with Isacaarum and autumn Polish tour with Afgrund (SWE) and Scabies (Pol). At the beginning of 2008, the band and colleagues Uprise (CZE) appear as a support for CZ/SK Tour Napalm Death and the same year takes place their first concerts in the US, finished at the prestigious Maryland Death Feste in Baltimore. In 2009, the EP "AETHERPARTUS" is released, in 2010 another visit to the USA. Year 2012 and the next EP "Heads or Tails" is released. 2013 brings the third and so far the last US Mini Tour followed by the Tour after Mexico. In 2014-2017 in Ingrowing there are personal changes and the band is more or less stagnant. This stagnation will culminate in collapse and the disintegration of existing assemblies in March 2018. Ingrowing goes to sleep, which lasts until July 2022, when 3 original members of train, used and unnecessary meet the rehearsal room and breathe the band New Life. Since then, Ingrowing has been active again. The year 2023 brings abundant concerts and marshals of the new material, which is published in June 2024 as Split with the related dysfigured Corps (CZE). Currently Ingrowing composes new material for another full album, which is planned at the end of 2025.

Grindcore with the admixture of an honest dose of fast hardcore from the district of the district, ie from where the hard music has always had its big mycelium! The fact that Grindcore certainly does not have to be drab is given the most convincing evidence of the form of kozis. The band consists of three fragrant musicians, namely the bassist and vocalist Peda, guitarist Kozis and drummer Kuba, who have played or still play a game in the past, such as Euthanasia, Soul Massacre, Antigod, Dead Carnage or Malfmation. The band was founded in 2020. In 2023, the debut album "Kill Factory" was released.
