About event
In every interaction, something is created that we usually miss - a subtle but precise dynamic between people. It is neither the content of what we say nor the role we think of ourselves. It's the way we influence each other, adapt, give way, push, wait or react before we even realize it.
This two-day workshop is about being able to really see this "interspace" dynamic - without having to interpret it or make up stories to explain it. Instead, we learn to perceive what is happening in the interaction right now, how patterns of behavior arise and what "game" we are actually playing together at that moment.
In everyday life and at work, we often react to assumptions, meanings and automatic interpretations. But in doing so, we lose contact with the reality of the relationship - with what is really happening between us and other people. It is this ability that is key not only for acting and improvisation, but also for communication, leading people, cooperation and understanding in challenging situations.
Participants will take away a deeper sensitivity for the present moment in the interaction, the ability to recognize repetitive patterns of behavior and greater confidence in how to react without the need to "think it right". Instead of performing and striving for the correct expression, a more natural, accurate and lively way of communication is gradually emerging.
For whom
The workshop is suitable for everyone who works with people, communicates in challenging situations, leads teams, or wants to learn to better perceive what is really happening between people - without unnecessary layers of interpretation.
What will you get?
16 hours of space for perception, reception in safety, training of an experienced improviser, coach and lecturer, founder of the improvisational group Unprepared.
coffee / tea service, coffee break salty/sweet every day.
Participants can use the facilities of the shared kitchen to heat their own lunch or nearby restaurants or import via applications. Lunch is not included in the price.
The price of CZK 3,200 is final, I am not a VAT payer. (Impro circle semester participants have a discounted price of CZK 2,800).
