About event
Accept the invitation to the Věra Čáslavská International Competition, a unique gymnastics event organized by TJ Sokol Brno I. In honor of the Czech Olympic legend Věra Čáslavská, talented gymnasts from all over the world will gather in Brno this year to test their strength in a competition that is a celebration not only of their skills, but also the legacy of a famous athlete 🏆
Věra Čáslavská's international competitions in sports gymnastics will take place 📅 November 29 – December 1, 2024, 📍 in the sports hall of Sokol Brno I, ul. Kounicova 686/22, Brno střed.
🎟️Free entry! Come and support the competitors!
OLYMPIC HOPES CUP:
Friday 29 November | 14:30 – 17:30 | Junior all-around
Saturday 30 November | 9:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | All-around junior girls
Sunday 1. 12. | 10:45 – 13:30 | Junior women's and junior men's finals on individual tools
SOKOL GRAND PRIX:
Saturday's program will also be enriched by the SOKOL GRAND PRIX exhibition race, which is expected this year - the mixed pairs race, which takes place from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. . The competition is attractive mainly because of its non-traditional format, which is a combination of junior and senior gymnastics at the highest level for the given categories. This format allows young gymnasts to meet at one competition with adults. This is how we create a unique sports experience for Czech spectators and fans of sports gymnastics. The race is a celebration of movement, sport. With this important competition, we annually honor the memory of our best gymnast in history, Mrs. Věra Čáslavská 🌟
Come and enjoy three days full of great sports gymnastics with us, celebrate movement, endurance and courage. We look forward to seeing you in the auditorium! 🎉
