"The beginning and the first years of operation of the communist regime in Czechoslovakia were accompanied by ambitious rhetoric that proclaimed the implementation of fundamental changes in all spheres of life. Plans for the reconstruction and the reconstruction of existing settlements. Their future form began to be protected in the political, expert and media discourse by the term "socialist city". they were supposed to help the desired physical and symbolic transformation of the capital city.
