The village of Miloslavov invites you to the 5th year of Miloslavovský goulash on 5.5. 2025 in the recreational and sporting center Alžbetin Court
Organizational instructions, rules and course of the competition
The subject of the competition:
Applications:
-Pick up personally or by phone: Verona Pub, Sportova Street, Miloslavov (T.C: 0903 955 388) :
-Supports can participate in any teams, regardless of the age and place of residence
to 09:30 hrs. For the organizer of the competition
-o 09:30 hod. There will be a draw of numbers for individual teams under which they will hand over their rating sample
Competition rules:
-cooking from 9:00 am.
-Competition cooperatives will ensure at their own cost: stew cooking material, necessary tools, containers, gas cauldron, or wood (in the case of cooking on wood it is necessary to provide an area under the cauldron against contamination), table-dispensing counter, plastic bowls, spoons, napkins, bread -the grouped goulash is not limited to
-a set of evaluation sample is about 0.5 l. The evaluation sample will be handed over after the end of the last team, but no later than 15:00-the organizers will ensure a professional jury to evaluate the quality of the samples and the result of the competition
-the jury-controls control independently of each other, cooking and final product
-The announcement of the results of the stew will be about 16:00. and the first 3 places
-the competition teams are mandatory by a maximum of 18:00. Package, clean and release your competition opinion
-organizer of the competition will provide music production and a buffet with refreshments and drinks for the competing teams as well as for the public.
